Binding Agreement No Refunds Updated:

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Oblivion Client (the “Client”) and associated services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Client, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Client.

1 No Redistribution

Strictly prohibited actions:

  • Redistribution of any build of the Client in any form.
  • Reselling, sharing, lending, sublicensing, or transferring access to the Client.
  • Uploading or circulating .jar files, installers, patched/cracked variants, forks, or derivative works.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Oblivion.

2 No Leaks (Media or Builds)
  • No publication or distribution of screenshots, photos, videos, or recordings of features or internals.
  • No disclosure of source code, decompiled artifacts, or configuration keys.
  • No sharing of modules, assets, UI, or proprietary techniques obtained from the Client.

Disliking the Client or discontinuing use does not grant any right to leak or expose content.

3 License Conditions
  • Your license is personal, revocable, limited, and non-transferable.
  • Any attempt to sell, trade, lend, or transfer your account or license will result in termination.
  • Access may be bound to your registered details and verified via device or HWID checks.
4 Device Binding & Anti-Tamper
  • The Client may use hardware identifiers (HWID) and other signals to bind access to a device or profile.
  • Reverse engineering, bypassing, or interfering with checks, obfuscation, encryption, or validation endpoints is strictly forbidden.
  • Unauthorized modifications or attempts to disable security features may result in immediate access revocation.
5 Violation Consequences

Breach of any section may lead to:

  • Immediate license termination and access revocation.
  • Permanent blacklist across accounts and devices.
  • Legal enforcement and reporting to relevant platforms/processors.
6 Feedback & Support
  • Use official support channels (tickets) for issues, feedback, or requests.
  • No public shaming, harassment, or exposure with media.
  • We may request logs or identifiers to assist with troubleshooting.
7 Final Authority
  • Staff may suspend or revoke access at any time for suspicious or unauthorized activity.
  • No exceptions will be made for violations.
8 Acceptance

By using the Client, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including the strict No Refund Policy and Seller Protection.

Key acknowledgments (no loopholes):
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • No chargebacks, reversals, or cancellations under any circumstances.

9 Refund Policy & Seller Protection (Strict No Refunds)

Strict No Refunds:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges.
  • No refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, discontinued use, or perceived under-utilization.
  • No refunds due to third-party interference (e.g., antivirus, OS policies, or platform changes).

Chargebacks & Disputes:

  • Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal is a material breach and results in permanent blacklist.
  • We will submit purchase records, logs, and proof of access/use to processors and relevant authorities to contest fraudulent claims.

Delivery & Proof:

  • Digital delivery is considered complete upon successful license activation, token issuance, or authenticated access.
  • We may rely on server logs and device/HWID checks as evidence of delivery and use.

No Loopholes, No Exceptions:

  • Language in these Terms is intended to be exhaustive and enforceable.
  • No implied waivers. No negotiations to circumvent this policy.
10 Delivery, Access & Downtime
  • Delivery occurs when you can log in, activate, or download via authenticated channels.
  • Planned or unplanned downtime may occur for maintenance, security, or platform reasons.
  • Access may be limited by region, system compatibility, anti-tamper, or policy changes.
11 Acceptable Use (Zero Abuse)
  • No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward staff or community.
  • No attempts to exploit, benchmark for leaks, or profile defenses to aid redistribution.
  • No use that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.
12 Third-Party Services & Dependencies
  • The Client may interface with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, hosting, libraries).
  • Those services are subject to their own terms. We are not liable for third-party outages or changes.
  • We may change, replace, or remove integrations at our discretion.
13 Privacy Policy (Overview)

Data We May Process:

  • Account info (email, identifiers), purchase records (timestamps, transaction IDs).
  • Security signals (e.g., HWID, device fingerprints, IP, user agent) for fraud prevention and license enforcement.
  • Operational telemetry (version, limited event logs) to improve stability and detect abuse.

Purposes: authentication, licensing, anti-fraud, support, compliance, and service improvement.

Retention: kept as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law or dispute defense.

Sharing: limited to processors (payments/hosting) and, if needed, authorities to enforce rights.

Your Choices: declining required data (e.g., HWID) may prevent access. You may request support for corrections where appropriate.

14 Security & Logs (Anti-Fraud)

15 Warranty Disclaimer (AS-IS)

The Client is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16 Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oblivion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
  • In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid most recently for the license.
17 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oblivion, its staff, and partners from claims arising out of your misuse, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of any third party.

18 IP Infringement & Claims (DMCA-Style)

If you believe content or behavior infringes your rights, notify us via Contact with:

  • Identification of the work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material or activity claimed to be infringing with sufficient detail.
  • Your contact info and a statement of good faith belief.

We may remove or block content and take appropriate action at our discretion.

19 Governing Law, Venue & Arbitration
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction specified by Oblivion.
  • Mandatory arbitration on an individual basis for disputes, with venue and language designated by Oblivion unless prohibited by law.
  • No class actions or consolidated proceedings.
20 Changes to Terms

21 Severability & No Waiver

1 No Redistribution

By accessing, downloading, or using the Client, you agree to the following restrictions:

4 Violation Consequences

Any breach of these terms may lead to:

  • Immediate revocation of license and access
  • Permanent blacklist from all future access
  • Potential legal enforcement if damages are incurred
5 Feedback & Support
  • All feedback, criticism, or issues must be directed through official support channels (tickets).
  • Publicly sharing negative opinions with supporting media is forbidden.
  • Disliking the Client does not grant the right to leak or expose any contents.
6 Final Authority
  • The Client staff team reserves full rights to suspend or revoke access at any time for suspicious or unauthorized activity.
  • No exceptions will be made for violations.
7 Acceptance

By using the Client, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Regardless of your opinion of the Client, no screenshots, photos, or JAR files may ever be revealed, leaked, or distributed.
