⚠️ OBLIVION CLIENT — TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS) ⚠️

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using this software (the "Client"), you agree fully and unconditionally to the following legally binding terms.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate and permanent termination of access without refund, and may lead to civil and/or criminal legal action.

1. NO REDISTRIBUTION

You are strictly forbidden from redistributing, reselling, sharing, or providing the Client to any third party.

Uploading, sharing, or circulating the Client in any form (including .jar files, modified versions, cracked versions, or installers) is strictly prohibited.

2. NO LEAKS OF PHOTOS, VIDEOS, OR BUILDS

You are not permitted to share, publish, or distribute any screenshots, photos, videos, or visual content of the Client’s features, modules, or internals.

This restriction applies permanently (even if you discontinue use, terminate your license, or dislike the Client).

JAR files, source code, or derivative builds must never be leaked, exposed, or shared in any form.

3. LICENSE CONDITIONS

Your license is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Selling, lending, gifting, or transferring your license/account is strictly forbidden.

Access is bound to your registered details, device identifiers, and HWID, and may not be bypassed.

4. NO REFUNDS

All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

By purchasing or using the Client, you waive any right to chargebacks, disputes, or refund requests through payment providers.

5. VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES

Any breach of these terms, including but not limited to leaking, redistribution, or license sharing, will lead to:

Immediate and permanent revocation of your license and access

Blacklisting from all future access to Oblivion software and services

Reporting of your information to relevant payment platforms and services

Potential legal enforcement and pursuit of damages in court

6. FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT

All feedback, criticism, or issues must be directed exclusively through official support channels (tickets).

Publicly sharing negative opinions, screenshots, or proof of the Client’s contents is forbidden.

Disliking the Client does not grant you any right to leak, expose, or violate these terms.

7. FINAL AUTHORITY

The Oblivion Client staff team reserves full rights to suspend, restrict, or revoke access at any time for suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Decisions made by staff are final and non-negotiable.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, or using the Client, you confirm that you:

Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service

Acknowledge that no screenshots, photos, builds, or .jar files may ever be leaked, exposed, or distributed

Accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Agree that breach of these terms will result in permanent ban and possible legal action
